If you would like product and pricing information, our Jacuzzi Support team is available to assist you. For order status information or other assistance with an order you have already placed with Jacuzzi Luxury Bath please contact Jacuzzi Support at email@example.com or 1-866-313-0544 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm central time Monday through Friday.
The Jacuzzi Systems Clean & Accessory Store sells and ships products only within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. No shipments can be made to APO or FPO addresses in the United States, its territories or addresses outside the United States (excluding Canada and Mexico).
SALES TO END USERS ONLY
The Jacuzzi Systems Clean & Accessory Store (JSCAS) ships products to end user customers only.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your Jacuzzi purchase, please call 1-866-313-0544 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to the JSCAS warehouse within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.
Please note, Jacuzzi does not permit the return of or offer refunds for products that have been damaged or modified (once in your possession) due to misuse or improper care and packaging.
NOTE: The JSCAS recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to the JSCAS or declare the full value of the shipment so you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
The JSCAS will send you a confirmation of your order via email. An email address is required to place an order online.
You must pay by credit card no matter which ordering method you use (Internet, phone or fax). At the time your order is placed, JSCAS obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs when your order ships.
The JSCAS accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards.
Jacuzzi products purchases to residents of Minnesota will include sales tax based on the ship-to location and the sales tax rate in effect at the time of shipping.
The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time.
Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.
Same Day Shipping: Most in-stock items are eligible for same day shipping. These orders must be received before 1:00 pm, Central Time, pending payment processing. Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Unanticipated changes in supply can affect product availability.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Reserve holidays.

Note: Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.
Your total order price will include the price of the product plus any applicable sales tax and shipping and handling charges. Jacuzzi reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at the Jacuzzi store at any time.
Should Jacuzzi reduce its price on any shipped product within 10 calendar days of shipment, you may contact JSCAS at 1-866-313-0544 to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit, you must contact the JSCAS within 14 business days of shipment.
JSCAS makes every effort to ship your product according to the estimated lead times provided by the JSCAS at checkout. The estimated lead times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Federal Reserve holidays.
Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the lead-time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead-time changes, JSCAS will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.

Given the popularity of some products, Jacuzzi may restrict the number of such items that you may purchase. Any product limit restrictions will be posted on the Jacuzzi store web site. This information is subject to change.
Jacuzzi reserves the right to discontinue products without notice.

* Jacuzzi reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the Jacuzzi Accessory Store at any time.
* All sales at the JSCAS are governed by Minnesota law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
* No Jacuzzi employee or agent has the authority to vary any of these policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.
